I Faced the Flame—So You Could Face Your Fire Too!
I didn’t eat fire to impress anyone. I did it because I ask my clients to face their own “flames”—hard conversations, brave boundaries, visibility, new beginnings. Under professional supervision and strict safety protocols, I stepped toward the thing my body wanted to avoid. Breath first. Focus next. Then action.
That moment wasn’t about danger; it was about choice—teaching my nervous system, “I can meet intensity and stay present.” This is the heart of my work: creative practices that move fear out of the driver’s seat, so purpose and joy can lead again. You don’t need to eat fire. You’ll meet your fire—on the canvas, in your voice, in one courageous request. I’ll guide you, step by step.

FAQ's
Why did you do it? To practice embodied courage—the same skill I teach.
Will clients do stunts? No. Your “fire” is personal: a boundary, a truth, a first brushstroke. Is it safe?
My challenge was supervised with strict protocols. Clients never do hazardous activities.
Safety Note: Performed during a professional training with expert supervision andsafety protocols. Do not attempt.
I came to the U.S. from Russia in 1991 with big dreams—and zero English. Back home, I lived and breathed theater, but here? I could barely order a coffee without breaking into a nervous sweat. The culture was different, the language was torture, and even writing a simple check felt like rocket science.
But I refused to sink. When words failed me, colors took over. I picked up a brush, and little by little, I painted my way through the struggles. Years of pushing, learning, and refusing to quit led me to opening my own art gallery and teaching others to create. Now, I want to show you that fear of the unknown isn’t a stop sign—it’s a doorway. A challenge. A test to see how badly you want something new, something bold, something uniquely yours. I’ve lived it—I know how terrifying it feels to step into a world where everything is unfamiliar, where mistakes are inevitable, where you feel exposed and unsure.
But I also know that on the other side of that fear is transformation. Growth. A life you never thought possible. Life hands each of us a blank canvas—untouched, full of possibility. Will you let hesitation keep it empty? Or will you grab the brush, make the first bold stroke, and create something extraordinary?
